Applying for a City Business License

This document also contains the Citizenship form as it is now required for all renewals and new business license applications.
The State of Arizona has made their forms available online as well. You can get the application form for a new business, the form to update your current license information and much more at the State website.

Effective October 1, 2008 a new law went into effect preventing a City from issuing a license (either new or renewed) to an individual unless the individual has provided the City of Casa Grande with one of the forms of identification listed below. If your business is incorporated, provide a certificate of good standing.
