The City of Casa Grande Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Police and Fire Departments, APS, Casa Grande Valley Newspapers Inc., and the Casa Grande Main Street held the 15th Annual Electric Light Parade on Saturday, December 5. The crowd estimate was approximately 33,000 for this year. There were 91 parade applications and 81entries in this year’s parade with about 28 new entries, and the winners are as follows:
