The City of Casa Grande, along with corporate sponsor SRP, will be bringing some old fashioned 4th of July festivities for the whole family in 2012. Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, BBQ, fun in the sun, and an evening filled with music, games and a huge fireworks show. What a great way to spend July 4th with your loved ones.
4th OF JULY FAMILY FUN DAY AT THE POOL The day’s events kick off at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 4 at the Palm Island Family Aquatics Park for a Family Swim Day until 2:00 pm. Activities and games will be held throughout the day of Open Swim. Admission fees are reduced – $1 for adults and 50¢ for children 17 and under. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the Concession Stand.
JULY 4TH AT PAUL MASON SPORTSPLEX/ED HOOPER RODEO PARK The day continues with relay races, food, contests, entertainment, and free watermelon at the Ed Hooper Rodeo Park/Paul Mason Sportsplex (2525 N. Pinal Ave.) beginning at 7:00 pm. Bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets to enjoy the evening’s activities before the fireworks show. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and the fireworks show starts approximately 9:00 p.m.
