 THERAPEUTIC AQUA EXERCISE
This class is designed for physically disabled teens and adults who may have limited ranges of movement. The program will help increase cardiovascular circulation and the quality of life. It will provide participants with the opportunity to receive basic swimming skills with less stress on the knees, ankles and legs. Each session will consist of a warm up, strengthening, breathing exercises and cool down. All activities are done in the water, so be sure to wear your swimsuit and bring a towel.

POOL RENTAL
Palm Island Family Aquatics Park is available on select Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings for private rental to groups, businesses or non-profit agencies.
The private rental fee is $250-$300 and this covers the cost of staff and admission for a two-hour period. Local groups may reserve Palm Island Family Aquatics Park beginning May 1 by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department at least 14 days prior to date of use. A $50 reservation fee is required three business days following your reservation request. The final payment must be made at least 14 days in advance of rental day. BIRTHDAY PARTY AT THE ISLAND
Celebrate your birthday at Palm Island Family Aquatics Park for $5 per person.
Looking for that special summer birthday party place? The Parks and Recreation Division and Pizza Hut are teaming up to bring you birthday party packages at the Island. Packages include admission and pizza for groups of 5 to 15 and a birthday t-shirt for the birthday boy or girl. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
