PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE CITY OF CASA GRANDE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Casa Grande will hold a Special Election on November 3, 2009, in conjunction with the Pinal County’s 2009 General Election:

*Special Election Date: November 3, 2009

Proposition in the Special Election: City of Casa Grande General Plan 2020

Proposition 400

Shall the proposed Casa Grande General Plan and each of Its Required Elements, as Adopted by the City Council on July 6, 2009, be Ratified and approved as the General Plan of the City, such action to be valid for a period not to exceed ten (10) years from the completion of the election?

Voter Registration Deadline for the Special Election is October 5, 2009.

Publication Dates: July 10, 11, 12, and 14, 2009

Aviso seda por el presente que la Ciudad de Casa Grande sostendrá una Elección Especial el 3 de Noviembre de 2009, junto con las Elecciones Generales de 2009 del Condado de Pinal:

*Fecha de Elección Especial: El 3 de Noviembre de 2009

Proposición en la Elección Especial:

Proposición 400 –Ciudad de Casa Grande Plan General de 2020

Debe el Plan General Propuesto y cada uno de sus ordenados elementos, que fue adoptado por el Concilio de la Ciudad el 6 de Julio de 2009, y que fue ratificado y aprobado come el Plan General de la Ciudad, tal acción debera ser valida por un periodo que no exceda diez (10) años despues de completar la elección?

Fecha límite para registrarse a votar para le Elección Especial es el 5 de Octubre de 2009.
Fechas de Publicación: El 10, 11, 12 y 14 de Julio de 2009
