Can I pay my sewer and trash bill online?

Yes online bill pay is now available on the City website. You can request your login and password by emailing onlinepay@casagrandeaz.gov.

Can I pay my trash and sewer bill over the telephone?

Yes. Payments using Mastercard or Visa can be taken over the telephone. Payments may also be made by mail, in person, or using our drop-box located at the west parking lot of City Hall, and SurePay (automatic withdrawal from your bank monthly).

How do I stop my water/trash/sewer service?

You may fill out the Public Works work order request or stop by either the Public Works office or Finance Office.

You may also call the offices to place the order.Where and how do I license my dog/cat?

If you reside within the city limits you will need to bring proof of current rabies vaccination for a regular license. There are discounts if your animal has been spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, and you are a qualifying senior. Proof of any discounts must be presented at time of licensing. The costs for licenses is available online.
