A. DSA-10-00036: Request by Ted Hawkins, Project Manager, City of Casa Grande, for Major Site Plan approval for development of a Municipal Court House on 1.94 acres, m.o.l., located north of Florence Boulevard, west of Morrison Avenue and south of east 9th Street A.K.A. the City Hall Campus.
B. DSA-10-00110: Request by the City of Casa Grande for a minor revision on the conditions for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the Casa Grande Municipal Airport Complex, on 474.5 acres m.o.l. on portions of Sections 29, 31, 32, T5S, R6E, G.&S.R.B. & M., Pinal County, AZ, APNs 509-46-0050 , 509-81-0810, 509-47-001C, 509-47-001D, & 509-47-001G.
C. DSA-10-00111: Request by the City of Casa Grande for a minor revision on the conditions for approval of a Major Site Plan to construct twelve (12) additional hangars within the municipal airport complex, located within a portion of Section 29, T5S, R6E, G&SRM, Pinal County, Arizona, APN 509-46-0050.
D. DSA-10-00119: Request by Ole A. Solberg, P.E., for a Zone Change from I-1 (Garden and Light Industrial) to B-2 (General Business) on 5.34 acres, m.o.l. located at 2046/2066 N. Pinal Avenue.
E. DSA-10-00120: Request by Ole A. Solberg, P.E., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a commercial recreation use for JC’s Family Fun Center (go-kart tracks, miniature golf, arcade and snack bar) on 5.34 acres, m.o.l. located at 2046/2066 N. Pinal Avenue.
F. DSA-10-00121: Request Ole A. Solberg, P.E., for Major Site Plan approval for JC’s Family Fun Center (go-kart tracks, miniature golf, arcade and snack bar) on 5.34 acres, m.o.l. located at 2046/2066 N. Pinal Avenue.
G. DSA-10-00125: Scott M. Neiss, Motley Design Group, requests approval of a Major Site Plan for the proposed 11,860 square foot warehouse building, an 11,665 square foot manufacturing building and 9,645 square feet of office space for ACO Polymer Products on 20 acres, m.o.l., located at 825 W. Beechcraft Street.
