The City anticipates reviewing each firm’s proposal within one week of the submission deadline. If necessary, interviews with the top firms may be conducted by a selection committee, and would likely be held on Tuesday, March 09, 2010. The City will negotiate a contract with the selected firm to provide the services associated with this project. The initial term of agreement will be two years and may be extended for up to two additional two-year terms by an agreement of both parties bid results page.
