These proposed amendments are provided to you in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes 9-461-06. Included in the proposed amendments is a narrative and land use exhibit.

DSA-19-00074: Large Mixed Use Text Amendment- Amending text within the Large Mixed-Use General Plan land use category.

DSA-19-00068:  Casa Grande Commons- 
488.80 acres generally located south of Kortsen Rd, east of Interstate 10, north of Promenade Mall,  mostly west of Mission Parkway, amending the General Plan land use category of Commerce & Business to Large Mixed-Use within the existing Casa Grande Commons PAD zone.

DSA-19-00072:  Project Coach –  1,038.41 acres generally located between Bianco Road and Burris Road south of the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway from General Plan land use category of Agriculture to Manufacturing/Industry.

General Plan amendments do not change the current zoning districts of properties.  Zone changes are subject to separate application submittals and hearing processes.  The General land use designated areas outline appropriate zone districts particular to designated land use area.
