Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the First Thursday of every month.

Members of the public wishing to comment on a specific item on the Planning and Zoning Commission Agenda are encouraged to email their comments to the Planning and Development Department at Michelle_Hall@casagrandeaz.gov by 2:00 p.m. of the meeting date. Comments received by that time will be included in the record.

Please be advised, Item H. 2, proposal of the Zone Change request (DSA-23-00054) has been removed from tonight’s (May 4, 2023) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting agenda. At this time, there is no reschedule date for when this proposed item will be presented. When the public hearing is rescheduled, the details of the date, time, and location will be posted per the required statutes.
