The City recently transitioned its banking services, resulting in a change in the processing location for online utility bill payments, i.e. lockbox. Prior to this change, the lockbox for payments was located in Phoenix, Arizona. With the transition, the lockbox has been moved to Los Angeles, California. We understand that this change may have raised questions and concerns for you.
When you make your online utility payment through the lockbox, the funds are deposited directly into the City’s bank account. The City's finance department will then reconcile these payments to the customer utility accounts the following business day.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused while attempting to process your payment. Our aim is to continually enhance our services to better serve the needs of our residents. If you have any specific concerns or issues related to your utility bill payments or your sewer and trash services, please do not hesitate to reach out to Cassandra Jimenez at accountinfo@casagrandeaz.gov. She will be more than happy to assist you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Payments may also continue to be made by mail, dropped in the City drop box, or paid in person at 510 E Florence Blvd, Building B, as well as through the link on the City website.
