The Leadership Academy is a nine-week program designed to educate residents on how their local government works. Each week, participants learn about a new facet of the city through presentations and tours hosted by department directors and elected officials. Since 2003, this free training opportunity has provided residents with a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to keep Casa Grande running strong.
