A computerized pavement management system is used to store the condition data of all roads. The system utilizes a computer model, which predicts the proper time to perform preventive maintenance work. Staff then inspects the roadways proposed by the system and determines which will be treated based on available funding.

The City of Casa Grande is responsible for 33 traffic signals located in the city limits, however, ADOT is responsible for traffic signals that are located on state highways within the city limits, such as those along Pinal Avenue and Florence Boulevard East of Interstate 10.
