I want to continue a court date. How can I do that?: Continuances of a court date can only be granted by the City Court. You must file a motion with the Court prior to your Court date and in enough time that the Court has time to review and rule on the motion. How do I report the offense?: If you believe that you are the victim of a crime that occurred within the City of Casa Grande and need more information, please contact the Casa Grande Police Department at their non-emergency number at (520) 421-8700. In the event of an emergency or a life-threatening situation, please dial 9-1-1 immediately.

How can I get information about my rights?: The City Attorney’s Office Victim Services offers free and confidential support to all victims regardless of race, gender identity, age, or income. Victims may contact the City Attorney's Office and ask to speak to a Victim Services Advocate with questions about their rights or how to obtain forms relating to victims' rights.
