Due to the impacts of the federal, state, and local declarations of public health emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Casa Grande has implemented measures to protect our community, including holding meetings remotely by technological means, as permitted by State law. Until further notice, Board members may participate telephonically or via other technological means. To promote adequate social distancing in accordance with Governor Ducey’s Executive Order and the CDC’s recommendations, limited seating will be available at the meeting.
Anyone wishing to submit a comment relating to a specific item on the Airport Advisory Board Agenda, however, can email Lynne_Gonzalez@casagrandeaz.gov by 12:00 p.m. of the meeting date. Comments received on specific agenda items by that time will be included in the record.
These measures are being taken to limit the need for members of the public to participate in a large public gathering while still ensuring that any discussions, deliberations, or actions of the Airport Advisory Board are transparent and conducted openly per Arizona law. The City urges its residents during this difficult time to continue to work together to limit the spread of COVID-19 by adhering to federal, state, and local officials’ recommendations.
