The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the City of Casa Grande to prepare and submit an Annual Action Plan that outlines how the City intends to spend approximately $435,000 in federal CDBG funds. The process for selecting activities that will be funded as part of the 2021 CDBG Annual Action Plan will begin with a Public Meeting to solicit ideas for potential activities or projects.

CDBG funds must be used to benefit low-income persons, elderly, disabled residents, of Casa Grande; to prevent or alleviate slum and blight; and/or address the urgent need of the City and must be consistent with the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan
