Richard Wilkie


Mr. Wilkie has over 20 years of government-related experience, which has included working for Clark County, NV; the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Southern Nevada Water Authority; the City of Henderson, NV; and for the past 11 years the City of Casa Grande.

Mr. Wilkie currently represents the City on several regional groups/committees including the Central Arizona Association of Government’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee (CEDS), Greater Phoenix Economic Council’s Economic Development Directors Team, the Casa Grande Workforce Development Partnership and the Pinal Partnership’s Economic Development group.  He also serves on the Executive Board for the Arizona Association for Economic Development and the Pinal County Workforce Board.

Mr. Wilkie received his Bachelor’s Degree in History and Teaching Credential from California State University at Long Beach, a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Management of State and Local Government from The George Washington University, is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s 2008 Southwest Leadership Academy, and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD).
