The City of Casa Grande has current funding available through our Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program (OOHR) to assist with home repairs for income-qualified homeowners who reside in single-family residential units within the Casa Grande City limits.

Examples of repairs that may qualify for assistance consist of but are not limited to the following:

  • Heating and cooling systems
  • Roofing
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Broken windows
  • Structural damage
  • Disability access issues
  • Other health and safety-related repairs and rehabilitation

The home must be occupied by the owner and not used as a rental unit, and the household’s income must be within the current income guidelines:
