(The artwork is located on a rear window at the Casa Grande Valley Newspapers Inc. off Top and Bottom Street at the 2nd Street alleyway)

A new public exhibit that details the history of Top and Bottom Street was dedicated December 15, 2016, during a Casa Grande Historic Preservation Commission/Casa Grande Main Street partnership event. With vintage cars, costumes, a poker table and a warm-hearted group of Casa Grande guests a fun evening ended with Jim Olson all decked out in railroad attire, blowing a train whistle at the artwork to appropriately complete the commemoration event. The panel features historic photographs of downtown Casa Grande and information on how Top and Bottom Street underwent name changes over the last century, as well as containing information about the early Hwy. 84 and Indian Route 15 signage.
