What is the Heart of Casa Grande Scholarship?
Sponsored by the Casa Grande Youth Commission, the Heart of Casa Grande Scholarship offers CG juniors and seniors an opportunity to showcase their skills and hometown pride. There are three categories: art, video, and essay.
Award Prize
The Scholarship awards three separate $500 prizes to students in grades 11 & 12. One prize is awarded to the winner in each of the categories: Art, Video, and Essay.
Timeline
Submissions for the scholarship will be accepted from Monday, March 4th, 2024, to Friday, April 5th, 2024. Judging by expert panels in each category will take place for two weeks, and the three winning Scholarship Recipients will be announced by Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024.
Submission
Digital submissions can be sent to cgyc@casagrandeaz.org by April 5th. Physical submissions can be delivered to Casa Grande Community Services Dept. at 1905 N Peart Rd, Casa Grande, AZ, by April 5th.
