The Casa Grande Arts & Culture Commission invites local artists to join in the designing and painting of City Utility Boxes. This initiative aims to enrich Casa Grande and its community by adding works of art into streetscapes on surfaces that are often targeted by graffiti.
Artwork on utility boxes serves as a means of communication to spectators with the goal of creating a safe, inclusive, and captivating environment.
