Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following items at a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 510 E. Florence Blvd. to consider the following:

- Consider the following requests by Hawkeye Development for land located approximately 550 ft, south of the southwest corner of Main Ave and Mercedes St, for property zone I-1 (Garden & Light Industrial), APN 507-13-033C:
- Preliminary Re-Plat to create two lots and abandon right-of-way for Elliot Electric, +/- 3 acres. (DSA-24-00071)
- Consider forwarding a recommendation to City Council for a Subdivision Variance to not include a sidewalk adjacent to a public road (DSA-24-00074)

Consider a request by Target Logistics Management, LLC for a Major Site Plan to allow for the development of a campus to provide temporary housing for up to 1500 minors. Said facility to be located on approximately 80-acre site located at the NW corner of Gila Bend Hwy. and Ethington Rd. (DSA-24-00104). (Planning & Development Director Paul Tice). - Hold a public hearing and consider forwarding a recommendation to City Council for a request by Jessica Sarkisian for a Major Amendment to the Mission Por Del Rio Planned Area Development (PAD), located east of the NEC of Kortsen & Peart, revising 11.8 acres within the PAD to allow for multi-family development at a maximum 4.7 du/acre where the PAD currently allows that area to be single-family attached development at the same density.
