RIDER ALERT: Potential Phone System Interruption at City Hall
Date: Monday, January 13, 2025
Due to a scheduled phone system migration at City Hall on Monday, January 13th, the phone system may be down for several hours or potentially the entire day. This will impact incoming and outgoing calls at City Hall, including potential disruptions to the CG LINK Dispatch line (520-509-6900).
While we have been informed that service to the CG LINK line should not be affected, there is a possibility of interruption. In the worst case, callers may not be able to reach Dispatch, and Dispatch may not be able to make outgoing calls.
Please plan ahead:
- Riders are encouraged to book trips in advance, particularly for Monday, January 13th.
