Scare-Y-Grande (scarecrow display):
As part of the Halloween Harvest Festival, Scare-Y-Grande invites community members, businesses, and organizations to showcase their creativity by designing and displaying their own scarecrows. Festival-goers can view all entries and vote for their favorite, with the winner receiving a prize and special recognition at a City Council meeting.
- Registration open September 15 – October 11, 2025
- Build & design period: through October 22
- Setup: during event day, October 23
- Viewing & voting period: October 16–31, 2025
- Winners announced: November 7, 2025
- Prize delivery at City Council meeting: November 17, 2025

By signing up, participating homes/businesses get featured on the Halloween Tour Map and compete for categories like Spookiest Home, Pumpkin Perfection, Too Cute to Spook, Creepin’ It Corporate, Staff Favorite, and People’s Choice.
