Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-511.01, notice is hereby given that the Casa Grande City Council will consider and possibly adopt increased rates, fees, and charges for wastewater services.
The proposed increases are structured as a pass-through, requiring wastewater customers to pay the charges that the City incurs from Arizona Water Company under a proposed data-sharing and water service disconnection agreement.
The City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed increased rates or rate components, fees, and charges at its regular meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the City Council Chambers, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona.
A written report and data supporting the increased rates or rate components, fees, and
charges will be filed with the City Clerk and be available for public review at least 30 days prior to the public hearing during normal business hours at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona. A copy of the written report will also be available on the City’s website.
