The City of Casa Grande is preparing the Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan for 2025-2029. The Consolidated Plan is designed to help local jurisdictions assess their affordable housing and community development needs and market conditions, and to make data-driven, place-based investment decisions.
