PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RAISE CONSOLIDATED FEES LISTED IN THE FY2024-2025 AMENDED CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF CASA GRANDE
In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Casa Grande, Arizona, intends to raise various proposed consolidated fees. Whether to adopt the proposed fee increases will be made by the Mayor and City Council. A copy of the FY 2024-2025 Amended Consolidated Fee Schedule, which lists all proposed fee increases as well as supporting information and written justifications, may be found on the City’s website (https://casagrandeaz.gov/264/City-Fee-Schedule ), if adopted the new fees will be effective January 1,2025.
The proposed new fee charge will be discussed at a public meeting of the Casa Grande City Council on or after December 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Casa Grande City Council Chambers, 510 E. Florence Blvd. Casa Grande, Arizona.
