Alternative & Affordable Housing Options and Transportation Improvements

The City of Casa Grande invites you to an Open House to learn about several initiatives we are working on, including code changes to address affordable housing needs and projects to improve the city's transportation network. All residents are encouraged to join us as we present information on:

Planning& Development 

• Permitting Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in residential neighborhoods. 
• Allowing manufactured homes on individual lots in certain neighborhoods with a Conditional Use Permit 
• Modifying lot size and setbacks to facilitate the construction of homes on smaller infill lots 

Public Works 

• Design of the McCartney Road and Trekell Road widening projects, among others. 
• The Rapid Response Program includes intersection improvements at several locations at an accelerated pace to accommodate city growth.
