Carr McNatt Park features several main attractions within its 12-acre area, including the Palm Island Aquatic Park, Kiwanis Baseball Field, and Velocity Skate Park. Other amenities include four large multi-purpose turf areas, a 1/3-mile walking track, four tennis courts, a basketball court, a shaded playground, and the City's first-ever splash pad, all equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting. Six ramadas, two restroom facilities, three parking lots, and connected sidewalks complete the facility.

- Amplified music is not permitted. Director approval is required.
