Patrick "Sean" Dugan

City Council
Title: Council Member

Patrick "Sean" Dugan moved to Casa Grande in 1984 when his family relocated their dairy business from Chandler. Early on, Sean was immersed in the family business, learning the trade from his father, grandfather, and five uncles. He spent his school years working on the dairy and family farms, gaining hands-on experience in the agriculture industry.

Sean graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1994, and pursued higher education at Central Arizona College, Mesa Community College, and Arizona State University before returning to the family business. He founded Sidewinder Dairy Inc. and later expanded his operations into custom harvesting and a partnership in custom feed.

Sean is a founding member of Pinal 40, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting Pinal County’s youth through scholarships and funding for local organizations. His leadership in the community also includes his graduation from the Casa Grande Leadership Academy, which further highlights his dedication to fostering growth and opportunity within the city.

Sean is supported by his wife, Jasmin, and their four children—Padon, Ryley, Brenden, and Shea—who all reside on the family’s dairy in Casa Grande.

His term on the City Council runs through 2028.
