Frequently Asked Questions

Our mobile print service lets you use your computer or mobile device to print to the library’s printers from anywhere. Simply submit documents for printing and come to the library to release and pick up your document using your library card.

To print from a web browser:

  Begin by visiting the URL for the location where you want to pick up your print job: 
  • Casa Grande Main Library 
  • Vista Grande Library
• You will be directed to the Print Pinch website, where you will upload the document you wish to print.
• Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print. 
• Select your color options and copies.
• Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
• Click the green continue button.
• You will be prompted to enter your email address.
• When all documents are ready, head to the print release station or see a staff member to collect your prints.

To print by email:

• Email from any device directly to the library’s print system. Choose which library you would like to print to. 

• Casa Grande Main Library –

• At the Print Release Station in the library, select “Release a Print Job”. 
• Enter the email address you supplied and select your print job. 
• Your print job will be printed!

The library has various opportunities for volunteers throughout the year. Please contact the library or stop by to pick up an application. In-person and virtual tutoring opportunities are always available.

You can pay online with a credit card or PayPal. You'll need your library card and PIN to pay online.

Library materials may be renewed in one of four ways.

1. You can call the library at 520-421-8710 and ask a staff member to renew your items for you. Please have your library card ready.
2. If you know your PIN, you can call our automated renewal line at 520-866-6032.
3. You can bring in your materials to the library to renew on the self-checkout machines.
4. You can renew the items yourself online. From cglibrary.org select the menu item My Account.

There are a variety of rooms available at both library branches. Reserve space online up to two weeks in advance. If you have questions, please contact the library.

The Casa Grande Main Library does have a fax machine and offers a faxing service.

Yes, we have wireless Internet.

The library has public access computers with Internet access. You need a library card with a pin or a valid government issued photo ID.

Anyone residing in Pinal County can get a free library card. Just provide a photo id and proof of address (usually a driver's license with address, or if it isn't updated, a photo id with a piece of mail or utility bill).
