The Project: The Casa Grande Arts and Culture Commission is directing the 2024 Utility Box Art Program – Phase III. This program is designed to enhance the Casa Grande community by adding works of art to local streetscapes. Artwork on utility boxes functions as a form of communication to a moving audience with the goals of community beautification and creating a safe, inclusive, and interesting environment.
