The City of Casa Grande Animal Care & Adoption Center is critically full nearly year-round, and we need your help to support our shelter pets!
To expand foster opportunities for our animals, we’ve partnered with Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue. This incredible organization helps place many Casa Grande animals into loving foster homes and ensures they receive the care they need.
Are you ready to:
- Provide a temporary home for a shelter pet waiting for adoption?
- Care for underage animals or pets with medical needs?
- Help socialize pets that struggle in a shelter setting?
- Give a shelter animal a much-needed break from kennel life?

How to Get Started

Becoming a foster parent can be challenging, but it’s always rewarding! Throughout the year, FYH provides orientation training sessions. With the support and help of other volunteers and experienced fosters, you will be helping to save the life of an animal in need. - Check out the “Needs A Foster” page for available dogs to foster.
If you don't see a dog on the “Needs A Foster” page that fits your family, attend an event and fill out the foster application and FYH will help you find a foster that fits your family. - Fill Out the Foster Family Form
Let the team at Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue help match you with a pet that fits your lifestyle and interests. Once you submit the form, their team will provide you with detailed information about suggested pets and coordinate any meet-and-greets.
