REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
2026 UTILITY BOX ART PROJECT – PHASE V
The Casa Grande Arts & Culture Commission invites Casa Grande artists to join in the designing and painting of the 2026 Utility Box Art Project Phase V.
This initiative aims to enrich Casa Grande and its community by adding works of art into streetscapes on surfaces that are often targeted by graffiti.
Artwork on City-owned & APS utility boxes serve as a means of communication to spectators with the goals of creating a safe, inclusive, and captivating environment.
Selected artists will receive a $500 stipend: $250 to start and $250 after completing project. There will be a People’s Choice award of $1000.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, February 16, 2026, by midnight.
