Membership Definitions
Adult - Individuals between the ages of 18 and 49
Couple - Up to two individuals living in the same household.
Family - Up to two adults and any of their dependent children living in the same household. Dependent children include children eighteen and over who are enrolled in high school or college, living in the same household, or, if in college, who claim the household as their primary residence, with a max dependent age of 25.
Senior - Individual age 50 or above
Senior Couple - Individual age 50 or above and one other person living in the same household
Youth - Individuals age 17 and under
Non-Dependent - Non-Dependents living in the same household may be added to the Family, Couple, or Senior Couple membership at an additional fee of $5 per month per person
A dependent is a qualifying person other than the taxpayer or their spouse who entitles a taxpayer to claim a dependency exemption on their tax return. Below are basic qualifications: a person has to be part of your family, under the age of 19 or be a student younger than 25, claim permanent residency as a household of a guardian, and can't file a tax return for themselves.
