The City of Casa Grande Code Enforcement Division began a program to recognize and express appreciation to homeowners in various neighborhoods who have made significant efforts toward maintaining a beautiful and code violation-free home. Often, this doesn’t involve a large financial investment but, rather, time and energy spent removing trash, weeds, odds-and-ends, making landscape improvements, painting, repairing, and general cleaning. The result is a property that instantly stands out from those around it. It is a home with street appeal.
Once each quarter, a Code Enforcement officer selects twelve lucky homeowners who consistently maintain a beautiful, code violation-free home to receive a letter of thanks and recognition and be entered into a drawing for a free giveaway.
