Online Reporting

Online Reports Must Meet the Following Criteria

  • The incident must have occurred in Casa Grande
  • You must have a valid email address
  • The value of lost or stolen property must not exceed $999

Online Reports Cannot be Made For

  • Crimes in progress
  • Vehicle accidents
  • Graffiti (Use See.Click.Fix)
  • Bias or hate crimes
  • Crimes in which the suspect is known by you or can be positively identified
  • Crimes involving stolen guns, vehicles, license plates, or threats of harm
  • Residential, commercial, or vehicle burglaries
  • Crimes involving assaults, threats, or domestic violence

Acceptable Types of Incidents for Online Reporting

  • Shoplifting
  • Criminal damage
  • Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card
  • Lost property
  • Identity theft
  • Theft
  • Stolen bicycle
  • Harassing or nuisance phone calls
  • Supplement additional information or property to an already existing online report

Completing an Online Report

  • List stolen or lost property in the property section
  • Provide a detailed narrative
  • Make sure address blocks are filled out properly

After Completing Your Online Report

  • You will receive a temporary tracking number (i.e., T12000243)
  • Your report will be reviewed by records personnel
  • If more information is needed you will be contacted through the email address you provided
  • Once your report has been approved you will receive the report number (i.e., 201380001234) and a copy of the report that can be printed at home
