Here is what you need to start new services for trash (sanitation), sewer (wastewater) and water (Santa Rosa Ranch and Saddleback Farms only).

For Residential Services

• Start New Residential Services Application (English) (PDF)
  • Residential Service Application (Spanish) (PDF)
• Copy of Driver's License or State Issued Identification Card
• Copy of Final Settlement Statement or Deed (if you are the owner)
• Copy of Lease / Rental agreement (if you are a tenant)

For Commercial Business Services

• Start New Commercial Services Application (PDF)
  • New Commercial Services Application (Spanish) (PDF)
• Copy of Driver's License or State Issued Identification Card
• Copy of Final Settlement Statement or Deed (if you are the owner)
• Copy of the Lease / Rental Agreement (if you are a tenant)

Once you have filled out the application and have made adequate copies, you can email it to Account Information or bring it to 510 E Florence Boulevard for processing. You will then need to pay a $100 refundable deposit* and a $25 setup fee before the account is finalized.

*Deposits will be credited back to the utility account after 12 months of on-time CONSECUTIVE payments or when the account closes and is paid in full. One late payment will start the 12 months over again.
